The purchase of products on the site thegreenlab.ch is governed by the general conditions below. You will be asked to read it before validating your purchases.

1. Object

These general conditions are intended to govern the terms of sale between us, thegreenlab.ch and the customer at the various stages, from placing orders to delivery of the products. They define the rights and obligations of each party.

Thus any order on the site implies the irreversible adhesion of the buyer to the general conditions. The company reserves the right to adapt or modify them at any time. In this case, only the conditions of sale in force when the orders are taken will be applicable.

2. Product

The items offered for sale by the company thegreenlab.ch are those appearing on the site on the day of consultation of the site by the future customer within the limits of available stocks. In the event of a total or partial unavailability of a product after placing the order, thegreenlab.ch undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible by email.

For pre-order items, a preparation time is necessary, the latter varies according to each reference, this time is in working days,

3. Price

The price of the articles on the site are presented in Swiss francs, all taxes included (TTC) excluding delivery or return costs (see article 5 delivery). The company thegreenlab.ch reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but undertakes to apply to the customer the price in force at the time of placing the order.

4. Command

The customer must create a user account in order to identify himself clearly with a password and a strictly personal email address. An order constitutes a purchase order for the purpose of acquiring one or more products offered exclusively by the site. The automatic registration system is considered as proof of the nature and content of the order. The customer declares to have read and accepts the conditions of sale following the validation of the box “I have read and I accept the conditions of sale”.

The sale will be concluded from the validation of the payment. Following this last step, an electronic confirmation message will be sent to the customer. thegreenlab.ch reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to payment or other reasons. In this case the company reserves the right to block the order until the resolution of the dispute.

No order cancellation is possible for items available in stock, for items requiring a period of preparation the customer has 24 hours to request the cancellation of his order by email or via our telephone switchboard, beyond this period no cancellation or modification of order will be accepted.

5. Disputes and Warranty

The information of personal information collected for the purposes of distance selling is mandatory, this information being essential for the processing of the order and the establishment of invoices.

The processing of this information has been subject to the National Commission for Computing and Liberties (CNIL). The customer has a right of access, modification, rectification and deletion of the data which concerns him. In addition, thegreenlab.ch undertakes not to communicate, free of charge or in exchange, the contact details of its customers to a third party.
