Shipment processing time

All Thegreenlab orders are processed within 1-3 business days, however, this does not mean that your orders will arrive in 1-3 business days.

Processing includes the time it takes for us to prepare and deposit your orders with Swiss Post for shipment. We strive to process all orders made before 3 p.m. (GMT+1) the same day so that they are delivered to you as quickly as possible. If by any chance we expect a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you at the email address and phone number you provided during checkout.

Delivery CBD option

Our main goal at Thegreenlab is to ensure that your CBD purchase and especially the delivery go smoothly. This is a provision that is important to us in our delivery policy.
You can choose between an A mail shipment without tracking and a priority shipment with tracking against signature (Recommended).

Damaged Items

At Thegreenlab, we take extra steps in packaging to ensure your products are safe in transit and arrive at your home in the same condition. However, we understand that accidents can happen. If your package arrives damaged, please contact The Green Lab through the following channels:

If you contact us by email, please provide photographic evidence that your items, shipping container, or product packaging are damaged. We will make every effort to correct situations regarding damaged items. This may include replacement or refund of your purchase, depending on the circumstances.
