Floral water or hyrolat is a water loaded with active water-soluble molecules. It is therefore more easily absorbed than the corresponding essential oil both internally and externally. All floral waters are astringent, they have an acidic pH between 4 and 6, which gives them a tonic, firming action. They are thus appreciated for their ability to tighten pores and refine skin texture. The acidic pH of floral waters also helps to close the scales of hair fibers, which is why they are to be favored in after-shampoo care to facilitate styling and restore shine to hair.
Hitton organic chamomile floral water is obtained by distillation of flowering tops. Our floral water is of the highest quality: 1 kg of flowers for 1 kg of water to obtain the highest concentration of active ingredients in the plant, a guarantee of perfect effectiveness. You will appreciate this concentration by the olfactory power of our floral water. Our still is made of stainless steel and we do not use fuel, gas or electricity but wood taken from our forests that border the fields of aromatic plants.
