How to use
Consult a doctor before any therapeutic use or oral treatment. SPEARMINT ESSENTIAL OIL SHOULD NOT BE USED IN CHILDREN UNDER 3 YEARS OF AGE, PREGNANT OR BREASTFEEDING WOMEN.

Oral use:

1 drop of organic spearmint essential oil, after meals, helps digestion.

On the skin:

2 drops of organic spearmint essential oil + 5 drops of apricot kernel vegetable oil, for nausea or motion sickness.

In diffusion:

Used in atmospheric diffusion, peppermint essential oil purifies and refreshes the air.

Synergy: Rosemary, lavender

In energy aromatherapy, spearmint essential oil is associated with the neck and third eye chakras. Its colors are blue and indigo.

Spearmint essential oil extinguishes the Pitta dosha, whose element is fire. It activates its chakras and erases lack of self-confidence.
