Modes of use
Consult a doctor before any therapeutic use or oral treatment. Oral use: 1 drop of organic ylang ylang essential oil, twice a day, with a little honey or on a lozenge, for menstrual pain or during menopause. On the skin: Depression: 1 drop of organic ylang ylang essential oil, apply to the inside of the wrists, 3 times a day. Stress: 1 drop of organic ylang ylang essential oil + 1 drop of organic petit grain essential oil + 3 drops of organic macadamia vegetable oil, massage on the arch of the foot and the solar plexus. Sensual massage: 3 drops of organic ylang ylang essential oil + 1 drop of organic sandalwood essential oil + 6 drops of jojoba or coconut vegetable oil.
