Description
How to use:
Oral route: 2 drops/day of organic basil essential oil, with a little honey or on a lozenge to place under the tongue, to be taken in case of bloating or for any digestive disorders. On the skin: Mix 10 drops of basil essential oil with 50 ml of organic sesame vegetable oil and gently massage the stomach in a large circle. This relaxing massage will relax the mind while stimulating the appetite. In diffusion: Diffused in a room, this essential oil will refresh the atmosphere. In a bedroom, it will promote sleep and soothe fatigue.

Digestion: Orange and mint
Energy value and synergy: Linked to the Manipura and Anatha chakras: solar plexus and heart, their respective colors are yellow and green. Basil essential oil balances the nervous system, releases blockages and tensions in the solar plexus, fights against lack of energy and dynamism.
In synergy: With Roman chamomile for its calming effect.
Anchoring: Mix a few drops of basil essential oil in 50 ml of organic sweet almond vegetable oil, massage the solar plexus and the inside of the wrists.
